Smile Design works with several dental insurance providers, and processes your dental insurance claims for you. Please note that you are responsible for any portion of the bill not covered by insurance.

Payment:
Smile Design accept a variety of payment options: cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and CareCredit®.

CareCredit, an extended monthly payment plan, allows you to begin treatment immediately and pay over time with no upfront costs or annual fees. There is no prepayment penalty, and the application process is quick and easy. Ask Smile Design’s administrative staff about finding a CareCredit plan that’s right for you.

Also, save 5% easily by paying in advance or at the time of service. Seniors may earn an additional 5% savings by paying in full on the day of service. Individual payment plans are available upon consultation with Smile Design administrative staff.
